What it is for
Infinite marquee bands thrown across the page at an angle, with no JavaScript in the animation at all. The whole motion system is CSS, which is the thing worth taking from it.

One prompt, not two. An effect ships a second copy with its source pasted in for agents with no web access; a page this size has nothing sane to inline, so this one fetches the files and writes them where you say.
